Controlling Fear and Anxiety

Deuteronomy 31:6 tells us, “Be strong and courageous, do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.”

Isaiah 41:13 assures us, “For I, the Lord your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, ‘Do not fear; I will help you.’”

Life’s challenges can often feel like insurmountable mountains. But amidst the storm, remember this powerful truth: God is with you.

Just as a steady hand guides us through life’s twists and turns, God’s unwavering support is always present. He promises to be our strength, our courage, and our constant companion.

So, the next time fear creeps in, take control by remembering these verses. Take a deep breath and know that you are not facing life’s challenges alone. God is with you, empowering you to overcome any obstacle.
